Buying a house in Montecito or its neighboring areas is only part of the picture… Where you go for a morning paper and cup of coffee and who you bump into along the way. Is there a buzz, energy, smile in the people around you? It’s been said you are who you surround yourself with. The following day as one steps out of their new Santa Barbara home, and greeted by smiling neighbors or strangers that stop for people in crosswalks… that’s when one realizes there’s a little premium for living in Heaven… worth paying.
